Returns/Exchanges

Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.   

At Revel Road we do our best to get product to you as quickly as possible.  However, during inclement weather and with the current climate and conditions of the shipping industry it is possible that shipping delays may occur.  We understand that this can be very frustrating and just ask for patience as we work through it.

Standard shipping orders take 1-3 business days to be processed and packaged before being shipped out of our warehouse. Shipping is the charge for revelroad.shop  order processing, item selection, packaging, transport, and handling.  Delivery times are not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional costs, but are our best approximation. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order.

We offer Free Shipping on orders over $100 within the continental United States (excluding APO address).

Second-day and Next-day Shipping is not available to post office boxes at this time —all standard deliveries to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via parcel post. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding when you will receive your order.
 

* Shipping charges and times may vary by merchandise. Standard Shipping within the continental United States is based on package weight. Shipment to Hawaii and Alaska are based on weight.   


** Orders placed after noon (C.T.) Friday will be processed the following Monday. Shipping charges and times may vary by merchandise. A signature may be required, and there may be additional charges if more than one delivery attempt is required. This service is not available for some zip codes.

US Postal Service Guarantees

  • We are not responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-3 business days to process the order, and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS). We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times. 

FedEx Guarantees

  • We are not responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-3 business days to process the order, and we cannot be held liable for FedEx guarantees.  If the item is not delivered in time, please contact FedEx (1-800-463-3339). We will not refund additional shipping charges if FedEx fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times. 

Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times; hence, there is a minimal time gap to cancel/change your order or change its address. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact us here as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change; however, we cannot guarantee that we will do so.

  • If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.

  • All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

At Revel Road we gladly accept returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a store credit (on a Revel Road E-gift Card) within 30 days from the date your order shipped.  You can start your return here.  Items must be in resalable condition with tags. .

Revel Road offers exchanges for the same item in a different size when available (Boutiques turn product quickly which means the item may not be available any longer) when we are notified of the request within 30 days from the date your order shipped. For exchanges please send an email to sales@reveleod.shop and include order number, item description, reason for exchange and new size/color needed.  You will receive an email with instructions and a shipping label to send item back with.  Item must be in new, resalable condition with tags.

Items damaged or defective may be returned by contacting Customer Care  within 3 DAYS of delivery.

 

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:

Defective Items

  • At Revel Road we do our best to careful inspect all items prior to shipping.  If you have received a defective item, please contact customer care here within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.

  • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.

  • The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.

Ship Your Return

  • Start your return process by clicking the Return Portal Link here.  Once processed you will receive a return shipping label with an address and instructions for returning the product.  

  • The cost of return shipping is $6.99 for any number of items, will be deducted from your store credit (Revel Road E-Gift Card) if you use the return label provided by Revel Road.  

    • You can place multiple return orders into one package to return. To ensure you receive the correct return credit amount, you MUST request a return authorization request for each order/item you are sending back. You must include the return authorization slip and the invoice for ALL orders/items being returned.  

  • Shoe boxes must be encased in another box for shipping to protect the items. If you send shoes back with stickers and return labels directly on the box, or if the shoe box is damaged, we will not accept a return. 

  • Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount minus shipping & processing cost of $6.99 to a Revel Road E-Gift Card sent to your order's email address.

  • Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.
